For schools and training programmes

Your students rehearse their interview before they take it.

They practise out loud, in French, with a simulated recruiter, on the offers they are aiming for. You see who is ready.

The key moments of an interview on a phone

A work-study contract is won in the interview.

A student waits alone, CV in hand, before going into an interview

BizzyCampus acts here

  1. 01 The student arrives at the interview without having practised.

  2. 02 The recruiter is not convinced.

  3. 03 The student does not get a contract.

  4. 04 They leave the programme, and the school loses its funding.

Your team cannot run a mock interview for every student.

With BizzyCampus

Every student practises alone, whenever they want. Your team sees the results and helps those who need it.

How it works, in three steps.

Step 01

You prepare the interview from a real job offer.

You enter the company, the position and the student's programme. The student finds the interview in their space.

Interview scenario

Target company

Position
HR internship, 6 months
Programme

Step 02

The student practises out loud with a simulated recruiter.

The recruiter asks the questions of a real interview: their background, examples, their motivation. About fifteen minutes, in French, on a computer or a phone.

Recruiter What attracts you to this work-study position, and why with us?

Student Your team hires at volume: that is where I want to learn sourcing.

Step 03

The student gets their analysis, right after.

A score out of 100, what worked, what they could have said instead, and what to work on next.

The score is broken down into five points: structure, expression, motivation, confidence, argumentation. The analysis looks at what the student said, not at their tone of voice.

What was expected

A concrete achievement, owned, rather than a list of tasks.

They could have said

“My proudest achievement: three work-study hires, handled from start to finish.”

  • In French. The interviews and the analyses.
  • No decision. A score is a training aid: the platform makes no decision.
  • Everyone sees their own. A student only sees their results; your team sees those of its students.
  • European Union. Hosting, the database and the storage of recordings are located in the European Union. No artificial intelligence model is trained on customer data.

Start with a first job dating event.

  1. 01 You create the event: a name, a date.
  2. 02 You prepare one interview per company: the position and the offer.
  3. 03 You invite your students by email.
  4. 04 You see who is ready, and who to help.

Our team opens your school's space. The simulation volume is agreed with you.

What schools ask before a demo.

How do students access BizzyCampus?

Through an email invitation, one by one or by pasting a list of addresses. Valid for 7 days; a student who already has an account sees their interview at their next login.

Does every interview have to be described?

Yes, in one form: the company, the offer pasted as is, the programme and the year of study. No automatic generation.

In which language does the interview take place?

In French, and so is the analysis. The interface is in French and in English.

What does the teacher see?

The analyses and recordings of their students, event by event. A student only sees their own.

What does the analysis measure?

Five axes and fifteen sub-criteria, each backed by a quote, from eight exchanges onwards. It reads what was said: neither tone of voice nor body language.

Are scores used to select students?

No: they are training aids, and the platform makes no decision. If your school bases a decision on a score, human review is its responsibility.

How many simulations do students get?

A volume shared by the whole school, defined with you at setup.

Does BizzyCampus replace the teacher?

No. The tool prepares, the school supports.

Preparing every student for a future
that matches their aspirations.
