Scope
These terms govern the subscription to BizzyTrainer plans from KEAJY (SAS, SIREN 920 396 090 — legal notice). The service is intended for professionals: freelancers, companies and educational institutions, acting in the course of their business. Use of the service is governed by the terms of use.
Free trial
Every organization has, upon creation, a free trial of 5 simulations in total, with no credit card and no time limit. The trial is not renewed: beyond it, continued use requires subscribing to a plan.
Plans and prices
Individual plans (billed monthly, or annually at a reduced rate):
- Starter — €49 per month, or €45 per month with an annual commitment: 10 simulations and 5 SmartBrief preparations per month.
- Performance — €79 per month, or €75 per month with an annual commitment: 20 simulations per month and unlimited SmartBrief.
Team plans (setup: €199 excluding VAT, billed once):
- Core — €399 per month, or €359 per month with an annual commitment: 50 simulations per month, 1 administration license.
- Plus — €649 per month, or €584 per month with an annual commitment: 100 simulations per month, 2 administration licenses.
- Scale — €1,090 per month, or €981 per month with an annual commitment: 200 simulations per month, 2 administration licenses.
Support (team plans):
- Self-service — included in the subscription.
- Acceleration — €1,499, billed once.
- Transformation — €4,499, billed once.
The annual commitment is billed in one payment for twelve months, at the reduced monthly rate indicated. Prices are exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT is added.
Quotas and consumption
Simulation and preparation volumes are per organization and per monthly period; unused volumes do not carry over. The tally can be viewed at any time in the organization's settings.
Ordering and payment
Subscription takes place online, from the application. Payment is processed by Stripe, by payment card; KEAJY neither collects nor stores any payment card data. The subscription starts upon payment and renews automatically at each due date, monthly or annually depending on the plan.
If a payment fails, the subscription becomes past due; failing regularization, it is canceled and the organization reverts to the trial conditions.
Cancellation
The subscription can be canceled online, at any time, from the application's billing area (management portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — monthly or annual — already paid, which remains due and is not refunded. Access to the service is maintained until that date.
Changes to plans
KEAJY may change its plans and prices. A price change applies to a current subscription only from its next renewal, after the customer has been informed at least thirty days before the due date; the customer remains free to cancel before that date.
Right of withdrawal
The service is reserved for professional customers and subscribed remotely: the right of withdrawal provided for the benefit of consumers does not apply. In any event, subscribing constitutes a request for immediate performance of the service.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued electronically and are available from the billing area. Any claim should be addressed to contact@bizzytrainer.ai.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls, failing an amicable resolution, within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Créteil (tribunal de commerce de Créteil), France.
